Blessed is the one...whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither - whatever they do prospers.  Psalm 1:1-3

A STUDY OF GALATIANS

The letter to the Galatian churches was written due to Paul's determination for the truth of the gospel to be preserved among them. He would not sit quietly by and let those who’d been liberated by Christ’s glorious gospel submit again to a yoke of slavery. He sent a letter calling believers to stand firm in the truth, stay bold in love, and walk by the Spirit. He reminded them what it looked like to live for God’s approval rather than human approval. The eternal words God entrusted to Paul for the churches of Galatia are as needed today as they were then.

Join us for an 8-week inductive study of the book of Galatians. We will be using Precepts In and Out inductive study materials as we did for our summer study.
Come to know the letter’s original recipients. Study its original context and embrace its timeless relevance. Discover―or perhaps rediscover―what makes the gospel of Jesus Christ revolutionary to those who choose to believe. Find out how everything has changed, now that faith has come.

There are two options for this study:

TUESDAY MORNING
10:00 am to Noon
August 22 - October 10

WEDNESDAY EVENING
6:30 pm to 8 pm
August 23 – October 11

Looking forward to growing together in God's Word this fall!
**This is not a Precept Upon Precept Bible study. We’ll be using Precept’s In & Out version which is a streamlined approach to the same material and the study time will be like other studies we have done.

Moms Group

Fall Semester August 24th – December 14th
Registration Open Now!

Please join us this fall! Our curriculum, Motherhood Without All the Rules encourages us to trade stressful standards for gospel truth. Learn how to find freedom from society’s rules and expectations by finding freedom in Christ!

We will also hear from moms of all ages through various guest speakers and panels. Our tagline for Mom’s Group is “moms growing together.” It is our hope that this group will be a place that fosters connections and encouragement as we all grow together in motherhood. We welcome moms of children aged infant through high school.

In Motherhood Without All the Rules, Maggie Combs identifies the main rules moms today feel pressured to follow such as: “image is everything,” “everything depends on you,” and “be more than just a mom,” and counters them with gospel truth. “You’ll find practical tools for growing in holiness - and experiencing true rest and peace - so that you can ultimately grow closer to our holy, triune God.”
