Sun River Church Statement of Faith:
We believe in the living triune God, the authority of Scripture, that though the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ man can be rescued from eternal separation from God, that believers are to be a part of a church, and that Jesus will physically return to gather his Church.
By clicking "Submit" below, I affirm that:

1. I understand that Sun River Church does not allow it’s facilities to be used in a way that materially conflicts with it’s faith. Sun River Church will provide me a copy of it’s Statement of Faith as requested.
2. To the best of my knowledge, my use of Sun River Church’s facilities will not contradict the Church’s faith, and I commit to promptly disclose any potential conflict of which I am aware, or become aware of, to the church staff.
3. Upon approval of my facilities use request, I understand all fees must be paid in full by the day of the event, and a certificate of insurance must be submitted if required. All arrangements regarding set-up must be made no less than two weeks prior to the event.
4. I understand I will be responsible for any damages to Sun River Church facilities resulting from this proposed use of facilities.
5. Sun River Church reserves the right to deny any request at the sole discretion of Church Leadership.
