Sunday Seminars are adult Bible classes that take place at 9am before our weekly 10:30am service. Seminars are designed to provide practical teaching on a variety of biblical topics which you can put into practice in your daily life (see our current classes below). These classes are for everyone - whether you're new or a regular attender.

For young families; those who are expecting through Preschool

We struggle to maintain habits of family worship—are we failing as parents?!?

Join this 5-week seminar to discover how “liturgy” can infuse spiritual growth into your everyday rhythms without adding “one more thing” to the chaos! We’ll explore five core practices—Bible Reading, Prayer, Christian Fellowship, Service, and Evangelism—and the everyday practices that form hearts to love God and neighbor. Learn practical, grace-filled ways to weave these rhythms naturally into daily life, fostering deeper faith, connection, and mission within your home.
Family Center - Gym Floor

For families of Elementary and Youth

How does the Gospel help those who struggle with unbelief—even believers?!

For 2026, the SMI Gym Floor seminar is designed for youth and their parents to explore the depths of the Gospel together. Across five sessions, we aim to help families become more Gospel-fluent in both their personal lives and their conversations with others. We will trace God’s plan of redemption through the entire Bible, specifically examining the Gospel: Justification for our past; Sanctification for our present, and Glorification for our future!

Thru Easter 2026

Discovering faith as a living trust in the God who speaks life.

What does it mean to “have faith in God”? This is a question God has answered from the very beginning! In this first installment of Genesis, we’ll discover the God who speaks life, the beauty of trusting him, and the heartbreak of turning away. Faith in God is not a duty to be born, but a profound source of hope and purpose. The opening chapters of Genesis reveal God’s heart for his people, and call us to walk in faith-filled relationship with him.
