In v10 James points to the prophets as examples of people who dealt with suffering.
How can the prophets who lived more than 2000 years ago still be examples to us today? In what ways do you WANT to follow their example?
James says that we can see the purpose of the Lord in the example of Job. In your own life, how can you see God's purpose and compassion in the midst of suffering?
